2008 Instructors Responsibilities

Attendance- On the first day of class you will receive an attendance roster with the names of everyone who has signed up online. Please go through it and match it up to the people who are physically in the class. If there are people in attendance who aren?t on your list then please write them in. This is the only way we have of making sure we have an accurate roster of who takes the class and the only way to give the students credit for the class. Once the class is completed please place this attendance sheet in the staff mail box of Hope and Lyle Kendrick.

Late Policy- If a student is more that ? hour late to a class or internship they will have to make arrangements with the instructor to make up what was missed or they will not receive credit for that day.

Blue Cards- Some classes require a level of accountability throughout the session. You as the instructor can choose to use Blue Cards. Please let the Director know ahead of time if you will be needing them so copies can be available.

Tuition- Please collect the tuition on the first day of class. (unless they have paid in advance) If a student does not pay they are not eligible for the class. Have them contact the director if they have any questions or cannot comply with our tuition policy.

Tuition Money-  Count it. Put it in an envelope with the name of the class and amount and place it in the offering box on the wall of the main prayer room.

Grades- After the end of the course you will be expected to provide grades for the students who have completed the coursework. Please turn grades in to the Director within two weeks of the end of the course so they can be posted on the students transcripts. See the "Stream Instructors" page for instructions on how to determine grades or contact the Dean of Students if you have any questions at info@thefieldsec.org .
