WFM and The FIELD choose to operate a ministerial climate consisting of key Christlike perspectives.?
Obviously in a training environment where we have students from all walks of life, religious background and church affiliations the possibility for misunderstanding and/or differing schools of thought exist.?? So by choice we set ourselves in agreement with policies that are based upon our principles of climate.??
We strive to make no hardened policy that has not been washed by the Word of God and the principles of Christ's life contained therein.
Please understand that policies are needed!!? But they should only be needed until the underlying principle has been learned and implemented.??? So in our desire to keep things running smoothly, you will find policies in place, however, if you look deeper you will find the principle we are seeking to impart.
Therein lies a Christlike Climate.
