Certification
The FIELD offers Prayer Ministry Team certification in the areas of:
- Spiritual Healing
- Inner Healing
- Physical Healing
- Prophetic Team Ministry?
These students are taught under stringent guidelines of operating safely in the supernatural ensuring upon certification that they are ready to be released in ministry in that core competency.
WFM will furnish to church leadership a statement of certification and accomplishment to verification.? We also will continue to stand?in accountability with local church leadership should additional stewarding of teams be needed.
Wind and Fire Ministries chooses to publish our ministry qualifications and guidelines as to our training qualifications as active staff involved in any of the three Freedom ? Prayer Ministry areas of Spiritual, Inner or Physical Healing.
All potential candidates must meet the following requirements before being released in team ministry capacity. Feel free to send a request as to the status of individuals and we can indicate their status in approved staff positions. We only allow staff or potential staff to be involved in active prayer ministry but within the guidelines listed below.
Freedom Ministry Prayer Staff ? Guidelines
- WFM Possible positions available:
- Directors ( Physical Healing , Inner Healing Spiritual Healing )
- Intercessory Prayer Staff (non-verbal team member)
- Lead Prayer Minister (leader and accountable person)
- Scribe (if not handled by the intercessor)
- Scheduling
- All Prayer Staff
Interview with staff (interview, background check)
- Confidentiality/Non Disclosure Agreement
- Midwest Regional Freedom & Healing School (or equivalent) 12 hours
- 2 ? Personal Freedom Sessions min. (as recipient) 6 hours
- 5 ? Observation Sessions (silent intercession and observ .) 15hours
- Released as staff but not as Lead
- Required attendance to 1 EGS session monthly and Freedom team staff meetings for recurrent training quarterly.
- Lead Prayer Minister
- 5 ? Active Leading sessions 15 Hours
- 48 Hours Total Training minimum
- Released in Schedule / Build Team with qualified team members
