Today, like no other time in history, we live in the season of spiritual harvest. God is choosing ordinary people with extraordinary callings. The Lord is transforming men and women so He can transform cities and nations. In response to this day of opportunity, the Holy Spirit has given us a vision to see hundreds of thousands of pastors, intercessors, and students trained and released into the power of the Lord Jesus Christ. God has given us a very simple strategy: become Christlike! Our confidence is that every time the Father sees His Son manifest upon the earth, His heart is ?well-pleased.? Thus, if we truly reveal Jesus, we, too, will awaken the pleasure of God. It is our burning conviction that- when the Father's pleasure is stirred, His redemptive power soon follows. Advancing Church Ministries founded the In Christ's Image Training Center and now serves life changing curriculum in over 40 nations worldwide.
Description In Christ's Image Training (ICIT) provides two levels of foundational teaching, plus an on-site seminar. ICIT also offers a six month training opportunity where each student facilitates Level I material, which we call "Level III." Within approximately 18 months, the successful student can move through each stage, receive commissioning and the opportunity to become an associate member of Advancing Church Ministries Association of Pastors, Leaders and Intercessors. The messages for Level I classes have been uniquely selected. Over time, these values have been seen to be the "landing strip" upon which the power of God emerged in Pastor Francis' ministry. It is our conviction that these are the most important, foundational realities upon which all ministry emerges. Level I training focuses upon the vision of attaining Christlikeness, with added tracks on humility, redemptive intercession, and commitment to unity in the body of Christ. Students who successfully walks through this Level I training will receive much more than just theological knowledge; they will obtain a living, functioning impartation from the Holy Spirit through Pastor Francis. (See Rom 1:11 , I Thess 2:8, and Matt. 10:41) The messages are communicated via email and audio materials, with an additional and important opportunity to receive impartation through our annual on-site seminar. Level II introduces other national leaders with Pastor Frangipane, who also has been anointed by God for this season of harvest.
LEVEL I: CERTIFICATION Goals: In a world full of increasing violence and strife, to possess the pure, unoffendable heart of Jesus Christ. To literally become the fragrance of Christ to God in every circumstance of life (see 2 Cor 2:15 ), thereby awakening both the Father's pleasure and His power. By word, deed and the patience of wisdom, engender unity among the people of God. Time frame to complete: six months.
The tests are designed to help students assimilate the material they have read, as well as to stay focused on the final objective: attaining Christlikeness as a way of life. Students will be asked to sign a verification of completion at the end of each six-week track, indicating that they have completed all of the reading as well as listened to the accompanying audio messages. Four tracks are offered for Level I: TRACK ONE: CHRISTLIKENESS (6 sessions, 12 chapters, 11 teachings on tapes or CDs) These tracks run sequentially for six months (in the above order). The student who passes the final exam will receive a Certificate of Completion stating that he or she has completed the foundational classes. The goal of Level I is to remove the trappings and misdirection of mere religion, and simplify the vision of attaining Christlikeness. The student will also be positioned and strengthened in Christlike, "unoffendable" intercession for their families, churches and communities.
To broaden the disciple's experience with the various graces and expressions of God's anointing currently maturing in the body of Christ. To provide introductory avenues leading to further training and impartation from leaders beyond the ICIT structure. Time frame to complete: three months. Level I graduates will be eligible to continue on to Level II. There is ONE final exam at the end of the 12 week series. These tests are returned to The FIELD SEC via emailed and graded there. Students will be asked to sign a verification of completion at the end of the 12-week series, indicating that they have completed all of the reading and have listened to all of the audios. Upon completion of Level II training, students will be eligible to join Advancing Church Ministries Association of Pastors, Leaders and Intercessors. They will be eligible to enter through the intercessor's gateway and will be considered associates together with ICIT graduate pastors and leaders in the advancement of God's kingdom in their regions. Those students desiring to go on into possible ministry placement will need to take Level III training. Students will need to obtain a pastor's reference when registering for Level II. Pastors and ministry leaders taking the course should submit a confidential reference from another pastor outside their fellowship. (A link is included for the reference on the Level II registration form that is emailed to all Level I graduates.) All students must have the form returned to our office within 30 days of enrollment in this Leadership Training.
Those facilitating Level III will receive a Facilitator's Guide, which will help them to track along the most important aspects of the teachings. Important reminder concerning commissioning: If you are a student seeking commissioning, before applying for training, you should inform your pastor of your desires. Because ICIT works with your pastor in processing your association, it is important that, from the beginning, your local church leaders are involved with your pursuit of ministry.
NOTE: The On-site training is open to students in all levels and alumni and we encourage you to attend annually. Goals: Possess wisdom to functionalize the heart attitudes attained in Level I. Receive impartation from Pastor Frangipane and other associated ministries. Meet other students from your area to help support and pray for each other. Students desiring ongoing association with like-minded ministries will, if time allows, receive an interview with Pastor Frangipane or staff member, prayer and possibly prophetic ministry. It is recommended that those ultimately desiring commissioning and association attend this training time. However, all students are welcome, whether you are going on toward full-time ministry or simply desiring to possess a deeper expression of Christ in your life. We also realize the added costs that accompany travel; therefore, the student can instead choose to receive the on-site training via email and tapes. But, we highly recommend that you try to attend the on-site training in person so that you can receive all that is made available through impartation. Pastors: Please be aware that you can incorporate ICIT's training material into your leadership development programs. A number of pastors have brought their leadership teams into the Level I training with a goal of producing greater Christ-centered unity among their staff. Remember, every revival, every great move of God, began with a humble, praying, united core leadership. If you heal the core of your church, you will heal your church. We will also be offering placement assistance for graduate students through our pastor's online resource center (currently, under development).
