Purpose: The purpose of THE FIELD SEC is to raise up anointed leaders who can hear the voice of God, understand the principles of the Bible, and allow the Holy Spirit to apply these principles to the various disciplines of life. The principle avenue of raising these leaders will be to embark on 90 day intensive training under the guidance of those with demonstrated fruit in their lives and ministry.

Description: THE FIELD SEC's primary form of training will be through internships. These 90 day internships will consist of intense spiritual impartation, practical application, practicum, worship, accountability, and service opportunities within Wind and Fire Ministries.

Calendar:

The 90 day internships will run in
three trimester seasons.

Staffing:

Each of the 90 day internships will have the following staffing requirements. There will be a Director for the internship who will have an administration assistant. There will also be an instructor with primary responsibility for releasing of revelation and information through the internship.
